Hallo ihr Lieben,
da meine Mitbewohnerin flügge wird ;D, wird ihr helles 12 m2 großes Zimmer frei. Die Möbel können nach Absprache übernommen werden. Außer den zwei Schlafzimmern besteht die Wohnung aus Küche, Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, seperatem WC, Abstellraum, Balkon und Kellerabteil. Die gesamte Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Waschtrockner und Geschirrspüler.
Die Wohnung liegt super angebunden an den öffentlichen Verkehr. In ca. 20 Minuten kann man die Altstadt oder auch den Hauptbahnhof erreichen. Diverse Obuslinien sind fußläufig in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Weiters gibt es viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Mein Hund und ich suchen nach einem netten Mitbewohner/-in. Prinzipiell keine Zweck-WG, Rücksichtnahme und ein "gutes Miteinander" ist mir jedoch sehr wichtig. :)
