As my flatmates are international I'm gonna write the description of the room in english as well, so they know what I'm putting on here :)
The available room is 15 square meters big with one window facing east, so the morning sun brightens up the room from early hour on. What I like most about this room is the nice view of the tall, green leaf trees right in front of it, and also that I can hear the Glanbach (a small river) running through... it feels very Zen. There is a communal bike cellar, washing machine and clothes line, and a cellar compartment (that is o.c. exclusively used by our Top). The room is available for at least 2 months. Our flat is currently in a transition phase from an old to a new contract at the moment. A new renting contract is being prepared by the property management Örag right now.
In the rental fee electricity and Wifi are included.
Please note i will take all my furniture with me when i move, only the desk stays in the room.
The bus stop is literally one minute by foot from here. The flat lies a bit outside the city center, but it is only 10 minutes max. to get to the heart of the old town by bike. (There is also a bike cellar!) Also for car owners, there are a lot of parking spaces in front of the house that are free of charge! The motorway access of A1 is only 5 minutes by car from here as well. And lastly, you can reach a big grocery store (Interspar) in 5 minutes on foot.
Our shared home provides a very chill environment. Usually this place always was a shared home for 4 people. I live with Khalil, who is a very friendly, 27-year young Syrian Man, who works in the food industry, likes to cook, bike and listen to very nice music (in my humble opinion :)). Then there is José, also 27 years old, a very friendly guy from Spain, who works in Marketing and likes to eat late and sing in the kitchen. The common areas of the flat comprise the hallway, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. Sometimes we enjoy having dinner together or meet in the kitchen for a chat or a beer :).
