Es handelt sich hier um eine Haus-WG, im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bäckerei. Im ersten Stock ist ein Zimmer, sowie Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon, Bad und Toilette(getrennt).
Im zweiten Stock sind dann vier weitere Zimmer, zwei davon mit Balkon Zugang, welcher sich aber geteilt wird, und nochmal Bad und Toilette(auch getrennt).
Außerdem gibt es einen Garten mit moglichkeit, kräuter oder Gemüse anzubauen, einen eigenen Parkplatz für die Bewohner, einen Fahrradraum in der Garage vom Vermieter, ein Kellerabteil in dem Sachen gelagert werden können und einen Waschraum im Keller.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock, hat ein Fenster und wie alle anderen Zimmer in dieser Etage, eine Dachschräge.
This is a shared house, on the ground floor is a bakery. On the first floor there is a room, kitchen, living room, balcony, bathroom and toilet (separate).
On the second floor there are four more rooms, two of them with balcony access, which is shared, and another bathroom and toilet (also separate)
There is also a garden, a private parking spot for residents, a bicycle room in the landlord's garage, a cellar compartment where things can be stored and a laundry room in the basement.
The room is on the 2nd floor, has a window and, like all the other rooms on this floor, a sloping roof.
Gegenüber ist die Postfiliale, 3 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein Billa, 3 Radminuten entfernt ein Hofer, DM ist auch nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt und die Haltestelle Glansteg ist direkt vor der Tür.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.
Opposite is the post office, a Billa is a 3-minute walk away, a Hofer is 3 minutes away by bike, DM is also only 5 minutes away by bike and the Glansteg bus stop is right outside the door.
You can be in the centre in 10 minutes by bike.
Die Mitbewohner sind Pascal(30) aus Deutschland, Studiert Informatik. Elif(27) aus der Türkei, arbeitet als Sozialarbeiterin. Ana(26) aus Spanien, Arbeitet bei Aldi in der Produktkontrolle. Und Maya(28) aus Australien, arbeitet als Grafikdesignerin.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch, manchmal sitzen wir abends gemeinsam in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer und quatschen miteinander, manchmal wird auch etwas gemeinsam unternommen (Boulderbar, Essen gehen, etc.).
Maya Wohnt seit einam Jahr hier und der Rest ist auch erst im Dezember 2023 eingezogen, also ist es noch eine sehr neue Mitbewohner- Konstellation
