Es wird eine:n Mitbewohner:in für unsere WG gesucht.
Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnküche und Bad mit WC und eigene Waschmaschine.
Sie liegt im mitten der Linzergasse, in dem Stadtteil Neustadt.
Der Altstadt ist 5 min zu Fuß und Bahnhof ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Man ist mit dem Rad in 10 min überall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm groß, hell und ist möbliert (Bett, Kommode, Schrank und Schreibtisch). Die Möbeln sind gegen eine Ablöse von 200€ zu nehmen. Die Miete beträgt derzeit 355€. Dazu kommen noch ca. 47€ Strom und Internet. Es ist ab 01.10.2023 frei.
Es ist wichtig ein gemütliches WG-Leben miteinander und wen die Motivation stimmt, wird auch mal gemeinsam was unternommen.
