Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich möchte gerne mein Zimmer im Zeitraum vom 9.7.2019 bis zum 18.8.2019 vermieten. Es ist ein kleines gemütliches Zimmer (15 qm) mit kleinem Balkon (2.5 qm). Ich wohne in einer WG mit 3 Mitbewohnern (w 27,m 27,m 32) im Stadtteil Nonntal. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne. Wir haben einen zusätzlichen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 WCs und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Ich würde für das Zimmer 500 Euro für den Zeitraum verlangen und 300 Euro Kaution (verhandelbar). Man braucht ca. mit dem Fahrrad 5 min in die Innenstadt und hat Supermarkt, Drogerie, Apotheke, Saisonalen Obststand, regionale Bauern, Radgeschäft, Bank und Tankstelle gleich in der Umgebung (wenige Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar). Wir haben auch eine WG-Katze.
