Das Zimmer ist ab August verfügbar.
Die WG ist ca. 81m2 groß und besteht aus 4 WG-Zimmern sowie einem neu sanierten Bad und neuer Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine 😉) mit Gemeinschaftsbereich.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stock (Lift) mit einem super Ausblick und viel Sonne!
Das Zimmer hat ca. 16m2 und einen Zugang zu einem von zwei Balkonen.
Es wird teils möbliert übergeben. Also der Kleiderschrank, der Schreibtisch und das weiße Regal bleiben.
Die Wohnung hat eine top Anbindung. Man hat den Bus, die S-Bahn und den Spar wirklich ums Eck (2 Minuten zu Fuß). Der Anschluss an das Radnetz ist sehr gut (in 10 Min im Stadtzentrum).
Derzeit wohnen Flo (22), Tanja (21) und Alexandra (22) in der WG, die alle studieren. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und machen gerne mal einen Koch- oder Spieleabend gemeinsam oder trinken ein Glas Wein auf einem der Balkone.
Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche.
