Ab Juli 2023 wird ein Zimmer (ca.13m²), in unserem netten Häuschen in Salzburg-Herrnau frei.
Das Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stockwerk, ist ca. 13m² (Gesamtmiete 505€) groß und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick über die grünen Gärten der Siedlung. Der Raum ist sehr angenehm und ruhig, die Sonnenuntergänge bringen das gewisse Extra mit. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Unser gemütliches Häuschen (ca. 100m2 aufgeteilt auf 4 Stockwerke) besteht aus insgesamt 4 WG-Zimmern, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit großem Esstisch, Sofa, etc., einer Küche, einem kleinen Bad und einer Gästetoilette. Das Highlight ist der herrliche Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, einem Schuppen für Dies und Das und einem Hochbeet.
From July 2023, a room (approx. 13m²) will become available in our nice little house in Salzburg-Herrnau.
The room is on the second floor, is approx. 13m² (total rent 505€) and offers a wonderful view over the green gardens of the settlement. The room is very pleasant and quiet, the sunsets bring that little extra. The room is rented unfurnished.
Our cosy little house (approx. 100m2 divided over 4 floors) consists of a total of 4 shared rooms, a spacious living room with a large dining table, sofa, etc., a kitchen, a small bathroom and a guest toilet. The highlight is the wonderful garden with seating, a shed for this and that and a raised bed.
Das Haus befindet sich im Süden Salzburgs. Die Gegend ist schön ruhig und alles ist super zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man in etwa 5 Minuten beim Unipark Nonntal/Nawi, in ca. 15 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt - ratzfatz ist man in Richtung Berge unterwegs, wenn man raus in die Natur will. Die FH Salzburg ist ca. 25 Minuten mit den Öffis vom Haus entfernt.
Die Hellbrunner Allee, für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen, ist direkt um's Eck und Supermärkte, wie Basic Biomarkt, Hofer, Spar und auch DM sind schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.
In ca. 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der nächsten Bushaltestelle in der Alpenstraße.
The house is located in the south of Salzburg. The area is nice and quiet and everything is within easy reach. It takes about 5 minutes by bike to get to Unipark Nonntal/Nawi, and about 15 minutes to get to the city centre - you can be on your way to the mountains in no time if you want to get out into nature. The FH Salzburg is about 25 minutes away from the house by public transport.
Hellbrunner Allee, for walks or jogging, is right around the corner and supermarkets such as Basic Biomarkt, Hofer, Spar and DM are within walking distance.
The nearest bus stop on Alpenstraße is about 3 minutes away on foot.
Ich bin der Nikita, studiere Wirtschaft und IT im Bachelor, 4.Semester. Bin gern in der Natur unterwegs, mache relativ viel Sport, fahre gern Rad. Bisher haben wir immer viele Sachen zusammengemacht, egal ob Brettspiele oder ein Kochabend.
Wir grillen auch ab und zu mit unseren Nachbarn im Garten und feiern manchmal in unserem Wohnzimmer.
Bin auch gern dafür, wenn man als WG einen spontanen Ausflug, z.B. nach Italien oder Kroatien ab und zu machen würde.
Der zweite Mitbewohner ist Raul, kommt aus Madrid und arbeitet bei RedBull. Der dritte Mitbewohner is Gerbert. Gerbert studiert KMU an der Fachhochschule und macht in seiner Freizeit viel Sport.
I'm Nikita, I'm studying business and IT in my 4th semester. I like to be out and about in nature, do a lot of sport and like cycling. So far, we've always done a lot of things together, whether it's board games or a cooking evening.
We also barbecue with our neighbours in the garden from time to time and sometimes have parties in our living room.
I'd also be happy to go on a spontaneous trip as a flat-sharing group, e.g. to Italy or Croatia every now and then.
The second flatmate is Raul, comes from Madrid and works at RedBull. The third flatmate is Gerbert. Gerbert studies SME at the University of Applied Sciences and does a lot of sport in his free time.
