Ein feines, zentral gelegenes Zimmer wird ab dem 1. Mai 2024 frei. Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß und wird möbliert vermietet. Es ist verbunden mit einem anderen Zimmer, sodass man durch dein Zimmer zum Zimmer deiner Mitbewohnerin gelangen kann, was jedoch keine Unannehmlichkeiten verursacht.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schallmoos. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es ca. 7 Minuten, zum Mirabellplatz und zur Altstadt etwa 10 Minuten.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 30 J.a., studiert Lehramt und schätzt die Natur, insbesondere Wandern, Skifahren und Fahrradfahren. Gute Kommunikation, Komfort für beide, Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der Wohnung stehen auf der Prioritätenliste.
Die Miete beträgt 350€ warm, die Kaution beläuft sich auf 700€. Der Mietvertrag ist mindestens für 1 Jahr gültig.
Wir teilen die Kosten für Internet und Putzmittel im Haushalt (ca. 13-18€ pro Person).
