3er WG mit großer Terrasse

Hallo! Wir sind auf der Suche nach eine*m neuen*n Mitbewohner*in für ein 16m2 großes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG. 😊

Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung hat ca. 100m2 und alle 4 Zimmer sind separat durch einen Gang begehbar. Die Küche ist geräumig, wobei das Bad eher klein und minimalistisch ist. Dafür gibt es eine Badewanne! Die Waschmaschine ist im Keller des Hauses und wird mit den anderen Hausbewohnern geteilt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist jedoch das lichtdurchflutete Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zu unserer großen Terrasse, die vor allem an sonnigen Tagen zum gemeinsam draußen Essen einlädt. Wlan ist noch nicht im Preis inkludiert, der Vertrag den wir derzeit haben kostet jedoch nur 12€ pro Person im Monat.

Die Lage: Binnen 10min zu Fuß ist am Hauptbahnhof oder am Mirabellplatz. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch top. Lidl, Billa, Eurospar und ein Bio-Supermarkt sind alle gleich um die Ecke! Ebenso sind ein paar der besten Restaurants (Ichigo Ichie, Taj Mahal, Furo) schnell zu erreichen.

Zum Zimmer: Das Zimmer hat 16m2 und hat ein Doppelfenster. Es wird unmöbliert übergeben.

Mit wem würdest du zusammenwohnen?
Caro (20, sie/ihr) studiert im 4. Semester Design und Produktmanagement und ist unsere DIY Queen - sie bastelt malt und schneide(r)t (unsere Haare) gerne. Mit ihr kann man zu Tee oder Spritzer über alles reden und sie ist die gute Seele der WG :-)
Hélène (24, sie/ihr) arbeitet derzeit bei Red Bull und kommt ursprünglich aus Belgien. Sie liebt die Berge und die Cozyness Salzburgs. Sie geht gerne joggen, hört Musik oder geht auf einen Drink oder eine Party aus. Außerdem schauen wir uns zusammen gerne gute Filme auf ihrem Beamer an.

Es wäre schön, wenn du etwas WG-Erfahrung mitbringst, aber kein muss. Das Einzugsdatum ist der 01.04.23, du kannst aber deinen stuff gerne ein paar Tage vorher schon vorbeibringen.

About the apartment: The apartment has approx. 100m2 and all 4 rooms are separately accessible through a corridor. The kitchen is spacious, while the bathroom is rather small and minimalistic. But there's a bathtub for that! The washing machine is in the basement of the house and is shared with the other residents. The highlight of the apartment, however, is the light-flooded living room with access to our large terrace, which invites you to eat outside together, especially on sunny days.
Wifi is not included in the price, but our current contract cost only 12€ per person per month.

The location: Within 10 minutes walking distance you are at the main train station or at Mirabellplatz. A bus stop is less than 5 minutes away. Shopping possibilities are also great. Lidl, Billa, Eurospar and an organic supermarket are all just around the corner! A few of the best restaurants (Ichigo Ichie, Taj Mahal, Furo) are also within easy reach.

About the room: The room has 16m2 and has a double window. The room will be handed over unfurnished.

Who would you live with?
Caro (20, she/her) is studying design and product management in the 3rd semester and is our DIY Queen - she likes to paint and cut (our hair). You can talk to her about anything over tea or spritzers and she is the heart and soul of the flat :-)
Hélène (24, she/her) is currently working at Red Bull and is originally from Belgium. She absolutely loves the mountains and the cozyness of Salzburg. She likes to go on a good run, listening to music or go out for a drink or party. Also we are watching a lot of good movies on her projector together.

It would be nice if you bring some shared-flat experience with you, but not necessary. The move-in date is 01/04/23, but you are welcome to bring your stuff over a few days before.
