✨Das schöne, geräumige Zimmer ist gut isoliert, warm mit großem Fenster zum Innenhof. Es wurde vor kurzem frisch gestrichen. Das große, ausziehbare Sofa ist inkludiert.✨
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 30.12 frei, allerdings kann das auch zum Mitte Januar auch erfolgen :)

Die Location ist direkt zwischen Lehen und Lieferung. Die Anbindung zum Bus Nummer 4 ist OPTIMAL direkt vor der Türe. Bushaltestelle Esshaverstraße für Nummern 2 zum Flughafen und Hauptbahnhof sowie auch Nummer 8 sind ca 7 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. 5 Minuten zum Interspar, Lidl, Tankstelle, Trafik und auch ganz in der nähe von den Kliniken: Christian-Doppler-Klinik und von der Uniklinikum Salzburg.
The Location is between Liefering and Lehen. It is very well connected with bus number 4 to the City Centre right at our doorstep. The bus stop for Bus No.2 to the airport and Salzburg main station is only 7 walking minutes away. Its only 5 minutes to the local supermarkets such as Lidl, Interspar, the garage and Tobacco shop.
You have a wide variety of bakeries and little shops nearby.
We live very close to the Christian-Doppler-Klinik and the University Hospital in Salzburg.
Meine Mitbewohner Franzi (20) und Baptiste (23) sind super freundlich, open minded und super sozial. Franzi kommt aus den USA und arbeitet als Lehrerin in Salzburg. Baptiste kommt aus Frankreich und arbeitet als Ingenieur. In der Wohnung sprechen wir Englisch miteinander, aber wir können auch Deutsch und Französisch reden.
My housemates Franzi (20) and Baptiste (23) are super friendly, open minded and sociable. Franzi is from the US and works as a Teacher in Salzburg. Baptiste is from France and works as an Engineer. We speak English at home, but can also speak French and German.
