Das Zimmer liegt im Dachgeschoss, aber es wurde sehr gut isoliert. ( Winter nicht kalt, Sommer auch nicht warm)
Wir haben ein große Hof, gut für die Sache kurz abstellen ( Parken nicht möglich )
Ein schöne Garten teilen wir mit den Nachbarn für Grillen.
Die Wohnung ist zentral von Sankt Ausgustin .
Die Bahnhaltstelle ist nur 3 Min. zu Fuß weit weg. (davon fährt man 15 Min. nach Beuel; 20 Min. zum Bonn Hauptbahnhof, und 3 Min. nach Siegburg)
Lidl, Edeka, DM... sind in 5–10 Minutenerreichbar.
2 nett, freundliche Männer. Ein Man studiert in Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg/Campus Sankt Augustin. Der andere arbeite schon.
Wir treffen manchmal in der Küche, wenn alle gleichzeitig kochen.
Ablösevereinbarung ist 200€ für Bett, Schrank, Regal, Tisch, Stuhl, und die Nutzung von (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine mit andere Leute in WG)
