Hello there! We are Daria, Martin and Richard and we're looking for a lucky fourth person to live with us in our new place in Petrogradskaya. The room is 14m² with a bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a big window, with a chance of moving to a bigger room in December if you'd like. Everything is recently renovated, with wooden floorboards throughout the house, a modern bathroom and a bright kitchen. There is also a terrace on the top floor of the building for us to enjoy in summertime.

Hallo! Wir sind Daria, Martin und Richard und wir suchen für unsere Wohnung an der Petrogradskaya eine/en nette/en vierte/en Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist 14m² groß und ausgestattet mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank. Das Zimmer hat zudem großes Fenster und ab Dezember besteht die Möglichkeit in ein größeres Zimmer zu ziehen. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor kurzem renoviert, hat Holzfußboden, eine modernes Badezimmer und eine große moderne Küche (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc). Zudem gibt es eine Dachterrasse zum entspannen im Sommer.
The house is on Malyy Prospekt, right near Ordinarnyy Park. We are a five-minute walk away from Petrogradskaya station, with some great cafés and restaurants on our street. We're also five minutes from Bolshoy Prospekt, where you can catch a bus directly to St. Petersburg University on Vasilievsky Island. We're new in the neighbourhood, and we look forward to exploring it with you!

Das Haus ist am Malyy Prospekt in der Nähe des Ordinarnyy Parks. Wir sind fünf Minuten entfernt von der Petrogradskaya Metrostation mit schönen Cafés und Restaurants. Zudem sind wir ca. fünf Minuten vom Bolshoy Prospekt entfernt, von wo ein Bus zur St Petersburger Universität auf der Vasilievsky Insel abfährt. Wir sind aber selber neu in der Stadt und müssen selber noch die Umgebung erkunden.
Richard is an Australian doing a masters in Journalism, Martin is a German doing a PhD in economics, and Daria is a Russian working full-time as a clothing designer. We're looking for someone, a student or young professional, who is staying in St. Petersburg in the medium- to long-term. We all work hard but also enjoy relaxing with a beer and cooking together. We have different interests - football, art, politics, fashion etc. - and love to chat with others and discover new cultures.

Richard kommt aus Australien und studiert Journalismus im Master, Martin ist ein deutscher PhD-Fellow in Internationaler Ökonomie und Daria ist eine russische Modedesignierin. Wir suchen nach einer Person (Student/in oder Arbeitende/er) welche mittel bis langfristig in St. Petersburg wohnen möchte. Wir arbeiten alle relativ viel, mögen aber auch gerne zusammen was kochen oder bei einem Bier/Wein/Wodka entspannen. Es gibt die verschiedensten Hobbys - Fußball, Kunst, Politik, Mode etc. - und wir unterhalten uns sehr gerne und freuen uns darauf neue Kulturen zu entdecken.
