Es ist ein schönes, neu renoviertes altes Haus im Herzen von Schriesheim. Ihr Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist mit einer Matratze (140 cm), einem Matratzenhalter, einem Schreibtisch, einem Bürostuhl, einem Kleiderschrank, Regalen und einem Papierkorb ausgestattet. Ich habe mein Bett auf den Boden gestellt, aber Sie können gerne das Podest oder das Etagenbett benutzen. Das Zimmer ist mit 15 Quadratmetern recht geräumig. Im Winter ist das Zimmer durch die Heizung warm. Es ist sonnig und hell mit guter Luftzirkulation.
Die Küche wird mit anderen geteilt. Sie hat einen Herd, einen Backofen, eine Mikrowelle, einen Kühlschrank, zwei Gefrierschränke, einen Toaster, einen Wasserkocher, viel Stauraum, Teller, Gläser, Töpfe, Tassen, Besteck und alles, was man in einer Küche braucht. Es gibt auch einen Esstisch und Stühle, damit Sie Ihre Mahlzeit warm und schön genießen können.
Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich groß und hat eine Badewanne und eine Regendusche. Im zweiten Stock gibt es ein weiteres Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, die Sie ebenfalls benutzen können. Das Badezimmer hat auch helligkeitsgesteuerte Lichter, Regale und einen Spiegel.

This is a beautiful, newly renovated old house in the heart of Schriesheim. Your room will be on the ground floor furnished with a mattress (140 cm), mattress holder, desk, office chair, wardrobe, shelves, and paper waste bin. I have put my bed on the floor, but feel free to use the platform or the bunk bed. The room is quite spacious, 15 sqm. In winter, the room is warm with the heater. It's sunny and bright with good air circulation.
The kitchen is shared with others. It has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, two freezers, chimney, toaster, electric kettle, lots of storage space, plates, glasses, pots, cups, cutleries, and everything you need in a kitchen. There is also a dining table and chairs to enjoy your food warm and nice.
The bathroom is quite big with a bathtub and also a rain shower. There is another bathroom with a shower on the first floor, which you can also use. The bathroom also has brightness-controlled lights, shelves, and a mirror.
Das Haus ist 8 Gehminuten von Schriesheim Bf. entfernt. Das Rathaus ist 1 Minute entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum von Heidelberg ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Es ist eine nette Nachbarschaft mit Bäckerei, Geschäften, Restaurants, Apotheken und Kliniken in Laufnähe. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass es ein schöner Ort ist, um in der Natur und gleichzeitig in der Zivilisation zu wohnen.

The house is an 8-minute walk from Schriesheim main station. The town hall is 1 minute away. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. The city center of Heidelberg can be reached by public transport in 30 minutes. It is a nice neighborhood with bakery, stores, restaurants, pharmacies and clinics within walking distance. In summary, it is a nice place to live in nature and civilization at the same time.
Ihr Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock. Chen (27), ein Gastdoktorand am Max-Planck-Institut, wohnt im zweiten Stock. Er ist so nett, immer für einen Plausch in der Küche zu haben und kocht gerne leckeres Essen. Allahsan (25) und Inma (26) wohnen ebenfalls in einem Zimmer im zweiten Stock. Sie sind die herzlichsten und freundlichsten Menschen der Welt. Inma ist Masterstudentin an der Universität Heidelberg. Sie kommen aus Spanien, sprechen aber auch Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.

Your room is on the first floor. Chen (27), a visiting doctoral student at the Max Planck Institute, lives on the second floor. He is so nice, always available for a chat in the kitchen and likes to cook delicious food. Allahsan (25) and Inma (26) also live in a room on the second floor. They are the warmest and friendliest people in the world. Inma is a Master's student at the University of Heidelberg. They come from Spain, but also speak German, French and English.
Dies ist eine schöne, gemütliche und komfortable Wohnung, die man mit aufgeschlossenen Menschen teilen kann. Der Vermieter ist immer da, um zu helfen und ist nur einen Telefonanruf oder eine SMS entfernt. Die Dauer Ihres Aufenthalts kann besprochen werden.
