Vermiete ein möbliertes 11 m² Zimmmer in einer 2er WG. Das Zimmer hat eine elektrische Heizung und im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Klimaanalage. Außerdem gibt es eine große Dachterrasse auf der man jederzeit die Sonne genießen kann.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, man erreicht das historische Stadtzentrum mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten und das Studentenviertel La Macarena zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Busanbidung ist sehr gut (es fahren C1, C2, C3, C4, 1, 10, 11, 12 13), du kommst also ohne Probleme überall hin.
Derzeit wohnt Samantha (32) in der WG. Sie kommt aus den USA, lebt aber schon seit fast 10 Jahren in Spanien.
Ich suche einen ruhigen und verantwortungsvollen Mieter. Sauberkeit wäre mir wichtig, wenn beide darauf achten ist das ja auch kein Problem :)
