Möbliertes und helles Zimmer (12 m²) in einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung (70 m²) im Zentrum von Sevilla zu vermieten.
Austattung des Zimmers: Großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Laminatboden und Klimaanlage.
Außerdem gibt es eine große Dachterrasse auf der man jederzeit die Sonne genießen kann.
Der Preis für das Zimmer beträgt 400€/ Monat (Strom, Wasser, Gas und Internet inklusive)
Eine Monatsmiete als Kaution ist erforderlich (400 Euro).
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, man erreicht das historische Stadtzentrum mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten und das Studentenviertel La Macarena zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten.
Die Busanbidung ist sehr gut (es fahren C1, C2, C3, C4, 1, 10, 11, 12 13), du kommst also ohne Probleme überall hin.
Derzeit wohnt Samantha (32) in der WG. Sie kommt aus den USA, lebt aber schon seit fast 10 Jahren in Spanien.
Ich suche einen ruhigen und verantwortungsvollen Mieter. Sauberkeit wäre mir wichtig, wenn beide darauf achten ist das ja auch kein Problem :)
