Dein Zimmer ist schön geschnitten, hat eine Schräge, aber ist dennoch gut nutzbar.
DIe Zimmergröße ist geschätzt aufgrund der Form. Du hast eine schöne, etwas seperierte Ecke mit einem großem Fenster.
Eine schwarze Kommode würde hier bleiben, die gehört mit zur WG und müsste für 70€ übernommen werden. Das ist im Ablösebetrag schon miteinberechnet

Die Lage ist super zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Hit, Aldi, Lidl und dm sind fußläufig innerhalb von zwei Minuten zu erreichen.
Das Stadtzentrum sowie der Bahnhof mit super Anbindungen sind max. 10 Minuten Fußweg von der Haustür.

Deine Mitbewohnerinen sind Asha, Kara und Selin. Alles drei sehr sympathiche und offen.
Was du mitbringen solltest ist Erfahrung was putzen und Haushalt angeht.
Wir haben hier einen Putzplan der gut funktioniert und alles weitere, z.B. finanzielles wird über die App flatastic geregelt
