This room is very spacious with 2 large windows lining one side of the room. This brings so much light into the room and all the much needed sunshine. And if you don't like it too bright, you can get darker curtains. The room is big enough for your bed, closet, desk and even a couch. The floor is light brown, beautiful wooden floor.
I will also be selling all my room furniture for 270 Euros.
The WG is located next to the Siegen ZOB & Unisiegen U.S campus 15 minutes by bus and 28 minutes on foot. The bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Leimbach Stadium and Sportpark is a 9 minute walk if you are a sporty fun and want to play tennis, football, ultimate frisbee etc. There are also a few nature trails within walking distance if you enjoy hiking, running, cycling or walking your pets. The hospital and the nursing school are also within walking distance of the flat share. Aldi is 5 min walk. Rewe and a gym are also 5 minutes away by car.
You live with three other roommates; Larissa(33), working, Ugonna(29) a phd student at the university and Hani (29) who works in the hospital. These three ladies are very nice and easy-going, so you're sure to get along well with them. Once in a while, we make a meal together or go out and just chill together or play some board games. We find a good balance between spending time alone in our rooms to study or work, and also try to spend some time together.
There are two bathrooms: one with bath and shower and another guest toilet. We also have a washing machine for the apartment and a basement if you need to store your bike or other belongings.
The rent already includes electricity, water and internet.
Since some new household appliances have been replaced, we have a one-off payment of 100 euros when someone move in.
I will be selling the furniture (bed with storage within, mattress, big wardrobe, table top cupboard, and chair)
The only recurring cost is 219 euros rent.
