Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG eines Zweifamilienhauses. Sie besteht aus 3 Zimmern. Zwei gleich große Zimmer ca. 14qm und einem großen Wohnzimmer, welches als Gemeinschaftszimmer genutzt werden kann. Küche und Bad würden wir uns teilen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein großer Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf den Pfänder, ein Schuppen, der viel Stauraum bietet und ein eigener Parkplatz im Carport vor dem Haus. Der Vermieter wohnt im Erdgeschoss.

2 er WG. Ich bin 26 Jahre alt und berufstätig. Super wäre wenn du auch berufstätig und zuverlässig bist. Wenn du möchtest kann man auch mal gemeinsam Zeit verbringen, gemeinsam kochen, wandern, usw.. Ansonsten ist ein e Zweck WG auch in Ordnung.
