Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß und kostet 290€ (170 € Miete, 80€ Nebenkosten, 40€ Strom). Die gesamte Wohnung hat 69 qm. Es gibt eine großzügige Küche und eine Art gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, wo man auch einen Fernseher für beide hinstellen könnte. Inzwischen gibt es dort auch ein Sofa, welches noch nicht auf den Bildern ist. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Ceranfeld-Herd mit Backofen, eine Dunstabzugshaube, eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, etc. Das Badezimmer hat eine neue Waschmaschine. WLAN-Internet und Sat-Antenne sind vorhanden.
The room has got about 16 sqm and cost 290€ (170€ rent, 80€ for additional cost, 40 € for electricity). The whole flat has got 69 sqm with a great kitchen and common room, where you could place also a tv for both of you. By now there is also a sofa, which is not yet on the pictures. The kitchen is furnished. It has got a ceramic glass cooktop, an often, an exhaust hood, a microwave and everything you might need. The bathroom has got a washing-maschine. Sat-Antenne and WLAN-Internet are provided.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Ampen, im romantischen alten Ortskern, 5,5 km von Soest, in einem alten Bauernhaus mit verschiedenen Wohnungen für Studenten. Im Dorf gibt es einen Bäcker und eine Pizzeria. Der nächste Supermarkt mit Apotheke, Bankautomat, etc. im Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, (2,7 km, 5 min. mit dem Auto, 10 min. mit dem Rad). Zur FH sind es ca. 13 min. mit dem Auto und 18 min. mit dem Rad. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 min. weit, der Bus braucht ca. 10 min. in die Stadt.
The flat is situated in Ampen, a nice old village 5km from Soest, in an old farm-house with various flats for students. The villages has got a backery and a pizza place. The next supermarket, pharmacy, cashpoint, etc. is at Kaufland, Senator-Schwarz-Ring, which is 2,7 km away (5 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). To the FH it takes around 13 min. by car and 18 min. with the bike. The busstation is 3 min. away, the bus takes around 10 min. to the city. A bike can be rented from us for 5€/month.
Das WG-Leben gestaltet die Gemeinschaft selbst. Es gibt einen Putzplan.
Im Haus gibt es eine weitere Vierer-Studenten-WG, drei Single-Wohnungen und ein junges Pärchen. Eine Zeitlang war es hier sehr international mit Studenten aus aller Welt und Deutschland. Eine gewisse kulturelle und religiöse Offenheit sind also Voraussetzung, auch wenn zur Zeit eher deutsch zugeht.
Allen gemeinsam steht auch ein Plätzchen beim Hauseingang und eine Wiese im Garten zur Verfügung.
The inhabitants of the flat will fix the rules for sharing the flat by themselves. There is a fixed schedule for the cleaning of common rooms and the staircase.
There is one more sharing-flats for students (4-bedroom-flat) in the same house, three single-appartments and one young couple. So far students came from Germany, and from all over the world. So cultural and religious tolerance are expected and a condition, although in the moment there are mostly Germans on the farm. There is a garden, which can be used by all.
