Hello dear ones,
I am going to sublet my spacious, fully furnished room. The apartment is perfectly located (10 minutes walk to main city center) and also you can reach university within 15 mins walk approx. Also, it's more than affordable with total 230 € including all facilities internet, satellite connection, radio fees and all.
We have a fully equipped shared kitchen with a large dining table to linger. also with a dishwasher, stove, microwave and all sorts of appliances and utensils for regular use - everything you need.
*What is important for us is that you are reliable and help to keep the apartment clean.
If you use the kitchen and washroom, just wipe the work surface so that it is clean for the next one :-) And obviously, my room stuff which I will leave for you for short time duration :-)
The property is located in the center of Soest, near city center (Mrkt) As, there are many shops, as well, Indian shop (Yobbani), restaurants, doctor's surgeries, supermarkets like REWE and Apotheke in the immediate vicinity. Bus stops are easily accessible. As well, main bus stops (puppenstraße, potsdamer platz) from where you can catch buses mostly to go anywhere that you can reach in less than 4 to 5 minutes by foot.
University is also max 15 min by walk or you can take bus after every 15 to 20 mins from puppenstraße, most convenient for students and everyone.
Soest train station is also only a 18-minute walk away. It takes around 10 minutes by car .
Beside me, one nice girl is currently settled in the flat share. She is studying in FH Soest, higher semester student of Informatics course.
In general, we are a bit calmer and no big partygoers, which has been very advantageous for me so far, thats we have enough space for ourselves, without disturbance.Of course, the privacy of every resident is accepted and everyone can retreat to their room undisturbed.
