Hi zusammen,
Ich vermiete hier mein schönes, großes WG-Zimmer unter, da ich Filmschaffende bin und zeitweise hier nicht wohne. Ich überlasse meine Möbel, meine zwei Hasen und eine riesen Dachterrasse inklusive Pool. Das Zimmer ist 26qm groß und schön hell durch drei große Fenster. Bett, Schrank, Regale und ein Arbeitsplatz sind vorhanden.

Das Zimmer liegt mitten im Herzen von Speyer's Kernstadt Süd, nähe der Gedächtniskirche und nur 5 min fußläufig zum Altpörtel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 10 min entfernt, ebenso wie der Hauptbahnhof.
Du wohnst hier mit meinen zwei Mitbewohnern zusammen, einem Musiker und einem Jugend-und Heimerzieher. Außerdem zwei Hasen und einer allgemein tollen Hausgemeinschaft. Wir teilen und einen großen Außenbereich und verbringen dort auch gerne unsere Abende zusammen, natürlich kann man sich auch jederzeit zurück ziehen.
