Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und ist komplett ausgestattet mit einem großen Wandschrank und Wandregal. Habe in diesem Zimmer 2 Jahre gelebt und konnte mich nie beschweren:) Das Zimmer hat einen Kabelanschluss, für den Fall, dass du Zugang zu Kabelfernsehen haben möchtest.
Die Ausstattung soll eigentlich komplett drin bleiben aber auf Wunsch kann ich mich drum kümmern, dass das Zimmer geleert wird.
Man hat an sonnigen Tagen einen schönen Ausblick auf den Säntis und einen Gemeinschaftsgarten um an sonnigen Tagen draußen zu lernen.
Esszimmer ist komplett möbliert und die Küche ist relativ neu und gut ausgestattet.
The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with a large built-in wardrobe and wall shelf. I've lived in this room for 2 years and have never had any complaints :) The room has a cable connection in case you want access to cable TV.
The furnishings are supposed to stay completely, but if desired, I can arrange to have the room emptied.
On sunny days, you have a beautiful view of the Säntis and a communal garden to study outdoors.
The dining room is fully furnished and the kitchen is relatively new and well-equipped.
Die Uni ist zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten entfernt und die Bushaltestelle Storchenstraße ist direkt vor der Tür.
Bis zum großen Migros an der Bachstraße sind es zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten.
The university is approximately a 20-minute walk away, and the Storchenstraße bus stop is right outside the door.
It's about a 5-minute walk to the large Migros supermarket on Bachstraße.
Super nette Mitbewohner, konnte mich nie beschweren aber brauchte nach 2 Jahren mal einen Tapetenwechsel, auch kein Problem, wenn man mal ein paar Freunde zum kochen oder für ein Bierchen einlädt:)
Hatte in meinen 2 Jahren auch noch nie Ärger mit den Mietern unter uns.
Super nice roommates, I've never had any complaints, but after 2 years, I felt it was time for a change of scenery. Also, no problem if you want to invite a few friends over for cooking or a beer :)
I've also never had any issues with the tenants below us in my 2 years here.
