Gemeinschaftsbereiche:
Die Wohngemeinschaft verfügt über eine gemeinsame Küche, in der du mit Mitbewohnern kochen und gesellige Abende verbringen kannst. In der Küche befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine. Ebenso kann nach Absprache mit den Mitbewohnern die Terrasse mitbenutzt werden um z.B. einen Grillabend zu organisieren. Ein kleines Stück Garten kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.
Badezimmer:
Das moderne Badezimmer wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt und ist mit einer Dusche, einer Badewanne und allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns wichtig, daher achten wir gemeinsam auf eine angenehme Atmosphäre.
Internet und Technik:
High-Speed-Internet ist in der gesamten Wohnung verfügbar (WLAN). Ein Schreibtisch im Zimmer ermöglicht produktives Arbeiten, falls du von zu Hause aus arbeitest oder studierst.

The room is fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a desk with chair and shelves. The furniture is modern and functional to offer you a comfortable living experience. A TV is also included.

The shared apartment has a shared kitchen where you can cook with your roommates and spend sociable evenings. The washing machine is also in the kitchen. The terrace can also be used after consultation with the roommates, for example to organize a barbecue evening. A small piece of garden can also be used.

Lage:
Die WG liegt in dem Stadtteil Stade Hohenwedel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA) direkt in nächster Nähe. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und bietet eine gute Anbindung an alle wichtigen Bereiche der Stadt.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Wohnung.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist Du in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof. Zu Fuß dauert es ca. eine gemütliche halbe Stunde.
Ein Fahrrad kann nach Absprache zum Verleih organisiert werden. Ein Fahrradkeller befindet sich im Keller der Wohnung ebenso wie Trockenräume für Wäsche.
Zu Airbus sind es mit dem Bus 2007 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Der Bus Fährt alle 20 Minuten fast direkt vor der Wohnung ab. Mit dem Fahrrad dauert es auch 30 Minuten. Der Vorteil: Man kommt auf dem Weg direkt an der Altstadt vorbei, kann also wunderbar die Wege kombinieren.

The shared apartment is located in the Stade Hohenwedel district. Shops (EDEKA) in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area is quiet and offers good access to all major areas of the city.
A bus stop is practically right in front of the apartment.
You can reach the train station in 10 minutes by bike. It takes about half an hour on foot.
A bicycle can be arranged for rental upon agreement. There is a bicycle cellar in the basement of the apartment as well as drying rooms for laundry.
It takes 30 minutes to get to Airbus by bus 2007. The bus leaves almost directly in front of the apartment every 20 minutes. It also takes 30 minutes by bike. The advantage: You pass directly by the old town on the way, so you can combine the paths wonderfully.

Aktuell ist ein Zimmer ab Mitte Oktober 2024 frei.
Alle Möbel sind neu und modern. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und saniert (Neue Fenster, neues Bad, neuer Kühlschrank).
Eine großzügige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln steht zur freien Nutzung zur Verfügung. Ebenso gehört ein kleines Stück Garten mit zur Wohnung. Vor und hinter dem Haus sind große Grünflächen zum Sport treiben oder entspannen.
Ein respektvoller und freundlicher Umgang miteinander sollte die Grundlage des Zusammenlebens sein.

There is currently a room available from mid-October 2024.
