Each flat has allocated specific space in the underground compartment for extra storage space.

Sweeping set, and cleaning bucket with a mop. Cleaning is the tenant's responsibility and shared rooms within the flat must be kept clean by the tenants themselves. Currently cleaning is done on Sundays and can be decided by tenants.
