*internationals welcome* 2 schöne Zimmer (30qm) in Haus mit Garten :)

Das Haus liegt in einer netten Nachbarschaft im Norden Stuttgarts, die SBahn Stationen sind in ca 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen und nach weiteren 10minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof :)
Ebenfalls nicht mehr als 5 min zu Fuss entfernt gibt es in der Umgebung verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Bank, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Bars nund Co.

Unsere WG ist Top ausgestattet mit Gasgrill, Pizzaofen, Mikrowelle, Herd,…
Wir haben auch einen kleinen Garten in dem wir letzten Sommer einen kleinen Pool aufgebaut hatten und den wir gerne nutzen zum Sonnen, Obst-& Gemüseanbauen, Flankeeball spielen und so weiter

Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit grossem Esstisch, Sofa und Beamer für gemütliche Filmeabende :)

Ausserdem haben wir 3 Bäder, sodass es trotz sechs Personen selten bis nie Staus gibt :)
In Punkto Sauberkeit haben wir einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, jeder muss alle sechs Wochen mal ran, so können wir unser Hausi voll und ganz geniessen :)

Aus Rücksicht auf die Nichtraucher in der WG, rauchen wir nur auf der Terasse. (Die ist überdacht, also man kann auch bei Regen gemütlich draussen sitzen :))

Da ich ein 6monatiges Praktikum absolvieren werde, steht mein Zimmer in der angegebenen Zeit zur Untermiete.
Ich würde dich bitten sorgfältig mit meinen Sachen umzugehen und meine Pflanzen regelmässig zu giessen :)

Du kommst hier in eine super sympathische WG, no worries :)


ENGLISH VERSION

I‘m renting my lovely two room sanctuary in the North of Stuttgart from March to September due to an internship.

The room is on the first floor of a cute residential building near Rosenstein Park in the north of Stuttgart.
It is fully equipped with sofas, etc., has an original parquet floor and an additional small fireplace room.
There is also a desk, but it still needs to be set up :D

The house is located in a nice neighborhood in the north of Stuttgart, the SBahn stations can be reached by walking about 5 minutes, after another 10 minutes you are at the main train station :)
There are also various shops, a post office, a bank, bakerys, an ice cream parlor, bars and more in the area, no more than 5 minutes away by foot.

Our shared apartment is well equipped with a gas grill, pizza oven, microwave, stove, etc.
We also have a small garden where we have built a small pool last summer and that we like to use for sunbathing, growing fruit and vegetables, playing flanky ball aaand so on…

There is a living room with a large dining table, sofa and projector for cozy movie evenings :)

We even have 3 bathrooms, so there rarely are ever traffic jams despite six people :)
When it comes to cleanliness, we have a weekly cleaning schedule, everyone has to do it every six weeks, so we can fully enjoy our homey :)

Out of consideration for the non-smokers in the shared apartment, we only smoke on the terrace. (It's covered, so you can sit outside comfortably even when it's raining :))

I would kindly ask you to treat my stuff respectfully and take care of my plants once a week :)
