Hallo Zusammen,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer ab 01.11.2019. Da meine Unternehmensphase in Stuttgart Ende Oktober endet, benötige ich dieses nicht mehr!
Die WG besitzt 3 Zimmer und es wohnen zurzeit noch 2 männliche Studenten darin. Nils (24) schreibt derzeit seine Master Arbeit bei Daimler und Kevin (26) ist als Praxisstudent tätig, auch bei Daimler. Beide sind sehr ordentlich und super nett, man kann mit ihnen sowohl einen entspannten Abend in der Wohnung verbringen, als auch mal zusammen weg gehen. Ich würde nicht ausziehen, wenn meine Unternehmensphase in Stuttgart nicht fertig wäre!

Zu dem Zimmer selbst:
Es hat 15qm und hohe Wände. Ausstattung die enthalten sind: eine Kommode (schwarz) und ein kleiner Tisch (schwarz).
Schöne ruhige Lage mit 10min Fußweg zur Altstadt sowie zu Bahnhaltestellen. Aldi direkt nebenan.
