Ich habe eine Vierzimmerwohnung in Schönberg (zwischen Degerloch und Birkach am Wald gelegen) und würde ein Zimmer untervermieten. Das Zimmer hat leider nur circa acht Quadratmeter - ist also winzig - aber ist dafür schon möbliert, zusätzlich haben wir ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer!! Es ist also lediglich das Schlafzimmer klein!
Es gibt auch einen Balkon, die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Auto oder Ebike ist hier oben aber nicht schlecht :-) Wir haben zudem einen wunderschönen Garten und es sind nur ein paar Schritte bis zum Wald- und Feldrand :)
Ruhiges Wohnviertel am Wald, einkaufen kann man in Degerloch oder Birkach, wo man mit dem Bus hinkommt. U-Bahn ist an der Waldau, wo ein Bus hinfährt, zu Fuß sind es circa 20 min.
Zur Uni Hohenheim ist es auch super nah :)
Schön wäre, wenn es keine reine Zweck-WG wäre, man muss sich aber auch gar nicht verpflichtet fühlen, alles zusammen zu machen :)
Ich bin 41, arbeite als Journalistin bei einer großen Tageszeitung, studiere nebenher im Zweitstudium Psychologie. Ich koche und backe gerne, mache viel Sport wie Tischtennis, Fitness, wandern, Yoga und gehe gerne essen oder in die Kneipe. Ich spreche englisch und italienisch!
Haustiere sind begrenzt erlaubt - müsste man mit der Vermieterin darüber reden.
