Es handelt sich um zwei Zimmer im 2. Stock unseres WG-Hauses. Da das vordere Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, hoffen wir für die Zimmer entweder zwei Personen die sich die Zimmer gerne teilen zu finden oder an eine Einzelperson, die vielleicht ein getrenntes Arbeitszimmer braucht. Das vordere Zimmer ist 14m2 und das hintere Zimmer 30m2 groß. Da sie im 2. Stock sind, gibt es einen schönen Ausblick und es ist ziemlich hell. Da die Zimmer auf einem eigenen Stock liegen, fühlen sie sich wie eine eigene Wohnung. (: Es ist Teppichboden verlegt, aber falls es Interesse daran gibt, neuen Boden darüber zu verlegen, sollte dies mit Absprache wahrscheinlich möglich sein.
Die Nebenkosten würden sich auf 1 Person beziehen, wenn 2 Personen die Zimmer zusammen behmen wären 80€ pro Person.

We offer two rooms on the 2nd floor of our shared house. Since the front room is a through room, we hope to find for the rooms either two people who like to share the rooms or a single person who may need a separate study for example. The front room is 14m2 and the back room is 30m2. Being on the 2nd floor, there is a nice view and it is quite bright. Since the rooms are on a own floor it feels like a small apartment. The floor is carpeted, but if there is interest in laying new flooring over it should probably be possible with consultation od the landlord.
Utilities would are based on 1 person, if two people take the rooms it will be 80€ each person.
Der Bahnhof Degerloch ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ist mit der U6, U5, U12, U8, der Zahnradbahn zum Marienplatz und Nachtbussen sehr gut angebunden. (10 min bis zur Innenstadt) Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, gleich neben der Einkaufsstraße mit sehr vielen Supermärkten, Bäckern und was sonst noch so benötigt wird. Im Umkreis von 10–15 Minuten gibt es zudem verschiedene Wälder, sowie den Fernsehturm und die Waldau an der es auch eine Kletterhalle gibt. Der Wald dort eigent sich auf super zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen. (: Es kann auch gut durch den Wald in die Stadt gelaufen werden.

The station Degerloch is 5 minutes away and is very well connected thanks to U6, U5, U12, U8, the Zahnradbahn to Marienplatz and night buses. (It takes 10 minutes to the city center) The house is located in a residential area, right next to the shopping street with very many supermarkets, bakeries and whatever else is needed. Within a radius of 10-15 minutes there are also various forest areas, as well as Fernsehturm and Waldau at which there is also a climbing hall. The forest there is great for jogging or walking. (: It's can be also a nice walk to get to the city through the woods.
Da neben den Mitbewohnis, die den oberen Stock bewohnen, noch eine weitere Mitbewohnerin, sowie im September unsere Zwischenmieterin verlassen werden, heißt es für uns, unser WG-Leben zusammen neu zu gestalten! Fest in der WG wohnen bleiben Luise, Nadim, Marie und Ghaku (dieser ist gerade jedoch auf einer Künstlerresidenz). Im September zieht Sarah für ein Jahr zu uns ein.
Luise macht eine Ausbildung zur Schreinerin im 2. Jahr und ist klimaaktivistisch unterwegs. Nadim studiert an der Musikhochschule Oboe und liebt Popkorn. Marie studiert Design an der Kunstakademie und geht gerne auf Konzerte. Ghaku ist freischaffender Künstler. Sarah unsere zukünftige Zwischenmieterin beginnt an einer Englischschule zu arbeiten.
Da einiges durchwechseln wird, ist uns wichtig, dass wir uns weiterhin gut verstehen und eine gemeinschaftliche, familiäre Atmosphäre bewahren, bei der alle gerne nachhause kommen. (:
Bei 7 Personen ist es ebenfalls wichtig, darauf zu achten, wie wir die Gemeinschaftsräume hinterlassen und Rücksicht zu nehmen, da es bei so vielen Personen sonst schnell chaotisch und ungemütlich werden kann. Wir habe 2 Kühlschränke und 2 separate Toiletten, was wahrscheinlich dabei hilft, dass es selten mal zu voll ist. Es wäre auch schön, wenn Menschen Lust haben den Garten zu nutzen und sich dort auszuleben. (Ist aber natürlich kein Muss) Zudem haben wir bisher versucht unseren Haushalt so nachhaltig zu gestalten wie es uns möglich ist und es wäre schön wenn zukünftige Mitbewohnis dieses Interesse teilen würden.
Und wichtig, wir tolerieren in unserer WG keinerlei Formen von Diskriminierung und Ausgrenzung und setzen einen toleranten und empathisch Umgang voraus!

In addition to the roommates who are living on the upper floor, another roommate will move out in August and in September also an interim renter will leave. So we will have the chance to reorganize our house life together! Luise, Nadim, Marie and Ghaku (who is currently on an artist residency) will stay permanently in the house.
Luise is doing an apprenticeship as a carpenter in her 2nd year and is doing climate activism. Nadim is studying oboe at the conservatory and loves popcorn. Marie studies design at the art academy and likes to go to concerts. Ghaku is a freelance artist.
Since some things will change, it is important to us that we continue to get along well with each other and maintain a collaborative, family atmosphere where everyone enjoys coming home. (:
With 7 people, it is also important to be mindful of how we leave the shared spaces and be thoughtful, otherwise it can quickly become chaotic and uncomfortable with so many people. We have 2 fridges and 2 separate toilets, which probably helps that it is rarely too crowded. It would also be nice if there would be people who feel like using the garden and having fun doing some things there. (But is of course not a must) In addition, we have so far tried to make our household as sustainable as we can and it would be nice if future housemates would share this interest.
And importantly, we do not tolerate any forms of discrimination and exclusion in our WG and assume a tolerant and respectful mindset!
