Helles, ruhiges ostseitiges Zimmer. 14 m2; das klingt zwar schnuckelig, ist aber auf Grund des quadratischen Grundrisses sehr gut nutzbar.
ein Bett, ein höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch und ein Schrank sind vorhanden.
Neben deinem persönlichem Zimmer gibt es auch noch ein eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit einem Essstisch und ja, dem Social Schrank. Hier lagern der Wein, die Brettspiel und die Süßigkeiten - alles was es eben in Gesellschaft netter macht.
Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber tiptop und modern.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Induktionsherd und neuem Geschirrspüler....ja es ist ein Träumchen.
Im Keller steht die Waschmaschine und optional gibt es im Dachboden Platz zum Wäsche trocknen.
Ein Fahhrad kann im Durchgangsbereich zum Garten abgestellt werden (also eben nicht auf der Straße :-)).
Im Sommer ladet der westseitige Balkon zu einem gepflegten Sundowner am Feierabend ein.
It's a 14 sqm almost quadratic room and is facing east and has two windows towards a quiet street. Your personal room is equipped with a bed, a desk suitable for home office and some place to store your personal belongings.
Additionally to that the flat has a nice and cosy living room with a sofa and a desk to eat and a secret cupboard where the wine, sweets and board games are hidden. The bathroom is tiny but clean and modern and a washing machine is ready for use in the cellar. Clothes can be dried in the flat or in the attic. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a good stove and a dishwasher. Additionally the flat offers a west facing balcony that makes it just perfect to enjoy a sundowner after a hard working day. A bicycle can be placed in the gateway towards the garden, so it can be placed in a somewhat private place.
Die Wohnung liegt im zentralen aber ruhigen Teil von Degerloch und nur 5 min von der U-Bahn Station Degerloch entfernt. Gleich bei der U-Bahn Station beginnt die Epplestraße, quasi die Einkaufsstraße von Degerloch. Dort gibt es wirklich alles für den täglichen Bedarf (3 Supermärkte + 2 Bio-Supermärkte, 1 Discounter, 3 Bäckereien, 3 Metzgereien, 1 Weltladen, 1 DM, und tatsächlich fast alles außer Kleidung und einem großen Baumarkt). Degerloch wartet zwar nicht mit einer Fülle an Bars auf, aber es gibt schon den ein oder anderen Ort für einen Espresso zwischendurch, einen Hauswein im Besen, ein leckeres Eis im Sommer und eine gute Pizzeria wenn man mal nicht kochen will und natürlich die Waldau, wenn's mal schnell raus in den Wald zum Hirnauslüften gehen soll.
The flat is located in the central but quiet area of Degerloch. It's within 5 min walking distance to the metro station of Degerloch and to all kinds of stores needed for your daily needs. And many more - why would you need 3 bakeries?! Degerloch sometimes appears to be a tiny village, but with the advantage of having a metro station, where it's just another 10 min to the center of Stuttgart. There are a handfull cafés and restaurants here too. Within 10 min walking you can reach the woods of the Waldau and enjoy a quick walk or run after your working day.
Ich bin eine Mitdreißigerin, lebe seit 3 Jahren in Stuttgart und bin im Umweltbereich tätig. In meiner Freizeit mag ich es gerne aktiv und treibe mich vorallem im Sommer gerne draußen, d.h. am liebsten in den Bergen oder am Rad, herum. Seitdem ich arbeite habe ich aber festgestellt, dass es auch bei mir auch etwas ruhiger zugehen darf und so genieße ich auch manchmal nur die Sonne auf dem Balkon, am liebsten mit etwas leckerem Selbstgekochten und auch einmal ein Achterl Rotwein. Mich selbst würde ich als kommunktiv und weltoffen beschreiben. Neben Sport zählen Sprachen und Kleinkust zu meinen Interessen. Bezüglich des WG-Lebens sehe ich das eher unkompliziert. Ich freue mich über Gespräche zwischendurch oder ab und zu einem gemeinsamen Essen, finde es aber auch wichtig, dass jede/r den Rückzug und die Ruhe bekommt, die benötigt wird. Ich arbeite 1-2x die Woche im Homeoffice und bin die Wochenenden auch gerne mal unterwegs. Derzeit sind es wieder einmal viele Frisbee-Turniere.
I am in my mid-thirties and arrived in Stuttgart roughly 3 years ago for work. I am employed in the environmental sector, that's why it might not seem surprising to you that especially in summer I love to spend my time outdoors, doing sports or going on small adventures. I do admit, that since I am working I do less partying and appear to be a more settled person, but generally I would still describe me as a rather active, communicative and open minded person. I like sports, languages/traveling and a mixture of modern circus, street and performance art. Concerning the life in our shared flat I'd say I prefer a mixture of living together (having a coffee or a dinner together) while ensuring that both of us have the personal time they need. During the week I do home office 1 to 2 times and I spend several weekend away, mostly playing Frisbee these days.
