Hallo, wir suchen einen Mitbewohner (Nichtraucher). Das Zimmer hat 16 qm und ist sehr hell. Unsere Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer und liegt im 2 Stock eines Altbaus.
Unsere Wohnung liegt nahe der Stadtbahnhaltestelle Föhrich (U6, U13, U16), Fahrtzeit zum Hauptbahnhof ca. 15 min.
Die Stadtbahn U6 fährt von uns aus direkt zum Flughafen.
Der Bus fährt zur Uni Vaihingen, Station 3 min von uns entfernt.
Alle Läden des täglichen Bedarfs in Laufweite: netto, aldi, lidl, edeka, dm, rossmann, großer Bioladen organix, Indian shop, Metzger, Bäcker, Apotheken, Frisöre, Bücherei...
Von uns aus ist man auch sehr schnell im Wald und in der Natur zum Laufen, Radeln...

Our flat lies in Feuerbach, nearby Stadtbahn Station Föhrich (U6, U13, U16) and within walking distance to Stuttgarter Straße, the main shopping road in Feuerbach with supermarkets (netto, LIDL, Aldi, EDEKA, dm) bakeries, butchers...
It takes about 15 minutes by public transportation to get to the train station Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof and the city centre of Stuttgart. To the international airport Stuttgart it takes about 1 hour.
And there is a bus line going to Vaihingen Universität.
Short travel time to Zuffenhausen, Ditzingen and Renningen.
It is also easy to go for walks, running, bike rides in the woods nearby.
Wir (Deutschland, Indien, Litauen) sind alle berufstätig und unsere Tagesabläufe sind sehr unterschiedlich. Am Wochenende essen wir manchmal zusammen.
Hobbies: Natur, Wandern, Schwimmen, Gym, Rad fahren, Tanzen, Westernreiten, Brettspiele, Singen im Chor,...
Wir haben gerne Freunde zu Besuch, sind aber keine Party-WG.
Und wir haben einen Putzplan :-)
