Der Boden ist als Echtholzparkett (Fischgrat) gefertigt, also sehr schön, aber auch empfindlich. Außerdem hat das Zimmer charmanten Altbau Stuck vorzuweisen und 2 große Fenster mit Sicht auf den Mozartplatz und angrenzende Cafes. Vormittags scheint die Sonne direkt ins Zimmer. Wenn du die Wohnung betrittst, ist es direkt das erste Zimmer im Flur.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sowohl die Innenstadt, als auch das Bohnenviertel und der Marienplatz sind fußläufig innerhalb 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar. Es findet sich in direkter Umgebung der typische Stuttgarter altbau Charme wieder und Cafes, Restaurants als auch einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich quasi direkt vor der Haustüre wieder.
Zu meiner Festanstellung als Physiotherapeut, bin ich kleinunternehmerisch aktiv und deshalb relativ viel unterwegs. Jedes zweite Wochenende habe ich meine Tochter bei mir, weshalb ich eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin prefärieren würde. Die Dusche befindet sich, typisch Altbau, in der Küche, was sich bisher allerdings als unkompliziert gestaltet hat. Ich hoffe auf dein Interesse
