Das Zimmer hat 15 m2 und wird komplett möbiliert vermietet: Bett, verstellbaren Schreibtisch, Monitor und Kleidereregal.
Die Wohnung hat eine Waschmaschine und Keller. Im Sommer wird der Balkon auch öfters benutzt zum zusammen essen oder gemütlich eine Bier zu trinken.
Tolle Lage, nur 5 geh Minuten von der U-Bahn Station Olgaeck entfernt. Innenstadt innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Rewe, Edeka, Aldi sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Alexanderstraße ist auch eine sehr ruhige Straße, trotz Nähe an der Innenstadt.
Deine Zukünftige Mitbewohnerinnen sind Theresa (29, Beruftätigt), Carolina (26, Architektur Studentin) und Tereza (25, Psychologie Studentin).
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene WG, und haben bis jetzt einiges zusammen unternommen. Sauberkeit ist bei uns auch sehr wichtig, und haben dementsprechend ein Putzplan der jede Woche gehalten werden soll. Kehrwoche gibt es bei uns nicht.
Gesucht wird eine Person die am besten unbefristet hier wohnen möchtet. Eventuell 1 Jahr befristet würde auch gehen.
