Es wird ein teilmöbliertes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim untervermietet. Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer hohen Etage des Hochhauses und bietet einen guten Ausblick. Es handelt sich um eine Zweck-WG mit 5 anderen Studierenden. Die WG verfügt über 2 Toiletten, 2 separate Badezimmer, eine Küche und 6 Schlafzimmer. Gegen Aufpreis steht im selben Gebäude eine Waschküche zur Verfügung. WLAN ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten, aber der Rundfunkbeitrag wird von mir übernommen.
Trotz des Zweck-WG-Status unterhalten sich die Mitbewohnerinnen und Mitbewohner gelegentlich in der Küche und veranstalten Spieleabende oder kochen gemeinsam, wenn sie Lust dazu haben. Die Mitbewohner sind alle sehr nett. In dieser WG ist Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig. Das Rauchen innerhalb der WG ist untersagt.
Kaufland ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten vom Gebäude entfernt. Rewe, einige Döner-Läden und Bäckereien sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine gut vernetzte U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist ebenfalls in knapp 3 Minuten vom Gebäude aus erreichbar.

A partially furnished room in a student dormitory is being sublet. The room is located on a high floor of the high-rise building and offers a good view. It is a purpose-built shared flat with 5 other students. The flat has 2 toilets, 2 separate bathrooms, a kitchen, and 6 bedrooms. A laundry room is available in the same building for an additional fee. WiFi is not included in the rent, but the broadcast license fee will be covered by me.
Despite being a purpose-built shared flat, the flatmates occasionally chat in the kitchen, organize game nights or cook together if they feel like it. The flatmates are all very nice. Cleanliness and consideration are very important in this shared flat. Smoking inside the flat is prohibited.
Kaufland is a 5-minute walk from the building. Rewe, some kebab shops, and bakeries are reachable within less than 10 minutes on foot. A well-connected subway station is also accessible in just under 3 minutes from the building.
