meine Schwester und Ich suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Das Zimmer ist irgendwas zwischen 17 qm und 18 qm groß und hat einen schönen Parkettboden. Wir sind selber erst zum 1.3, in diese renovierte Altbauwohnung eingezogen und haben seither sehr viel Arbeit in die Wohnung gesteckt (wie man hoffentlich auf den Bildern sehen kann). Die Wohnung hat ca. 105 qm, 3 Zimmer, einen großen Flur, Bad, Küche, Balkon, WC also so ziemlich alles was eine gute Wohnung braucht. Dazu haben wir eine Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, neue Küche usw. Pipapo am besten ist es du guckst dir das ganze mal an. Wir sind beides Studenten und kommen aus Köln. Außerdem haben wir ein paar Jahre WG-Erfahrung und sind meines Erachtens auch sehr umgänglich.
