Ich Tobias will mein WG ZIMMER abgeben. Es ist eine 4er WG im ruhigen Obertürkheim. S-Bahn ist 5 min entfernt. Es sind auch mehrere Zimmer abzugeben (2 oder mehr). Also es kann sich auch gerne 2 oder mehr Leute melden die möglivherweise auch eine eigene WG gründen wollen.
Es ist eine 4,5 Zimmer Wohnung mit gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum (Loggia/Wintergarten) mit insgesamt 105 m^2. Es gibt eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Einen großen Keller für die ganze WG.Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine.
Wir sind eine offene WG in der auch Mal gerne ein Bierchen getrunken wird oder auch mehr. Es ist keine Zweck WG also es wird auch gerne mal in der Küche Zeit verbracht. Trotzdem hat jeder sein eigenes Zimmer und seine Privatsphäre.
