Ab Sofort ist ein Zimmer in einer 4-er WG zu vermieten (kurz- oder langfristig). Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit einem Bett mit Nachttisch, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Schuhregal und Lampen. Durch die beiden zur Sonne gerichteten Fenster wird der Raum tagsüber hell erleuchtet. Die Außenansicht aus beiden Fenstern ist tagsüber und nachts einfach fantastisch und man kann vom Zimmer aus direkt das Mercedes-Benz-Stadion sehen. Das Zimmer ist Einzugsbereit ab 01.05 und man kann mit nur einem Koffer einziehen.
A room in a 4-er WG is available for rent (short-term or long-term) immediately. The room is completely furnished with a bed with side table, cupboard, table, chair, shoe rack and lamps. The room becomes brightly lit in the day time due to the two windows facing the sun. The outside view from both the windows in just amazing in the day and night times and one can directly see the Mercedes-Benz Stadium from the room. The room is completely ready and one can move-in with just a suitcase in hand.
Die WG befindet sich in perfekter Lage in Stuttgart-Ost. Hbf ist nur 2 Stationen entfernt mit dem Bus 40 (in 4 Minuten erreichbar). Die Buslinie 42 ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und fährt zum Olgaeck, Charlottenplatz und Schlossplatz oder Ostendplatz (andere Seite). Die Buslinie 45 ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und fährt zum Mercedes-Benz Museum und zum Bahnhof Bad-Canstatt. Straßenbahn U15 ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Aldi ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und REWE, DM befindet sich am Ostendplatz, der nur 2 Haltestelle mit dem Bus 42 entfernt ist.
The WG is located at the perfect spot in Stuttgart-Ost. Hbf is just 2 stops away with Bus 40 (can be reached in 4 mins). Bus 42 can be reached in just 2 minutes and goes to Olgaeck, Charlottenplatz and Schlossplatz or Ostendplatz (other side). Bus 45 can be reached in 3 minutes and goes to Mercedes-Benz Museum and Bad-Canstatt bahnhof. Tram U15 can be reached in 10 minutes. Aldi is just 5 mins away by foot and REWE, DM is located on Ostendplatz which is just 2 stops away with Bus 42.
Die WG ist komplett eingerichtet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Reiskocher, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Staubsauger, Trockenständer etc. Die Küche verfügt bereits über alle nötigen Utensilien wie Geschirr, Besteck, Töpfe und Pfannen etc. Die Küche ist mit Hockern ausgestattet damit die Leute sitzen und essen können. Die Lobby hat auch eine Couch zum Entspannen.
Zurzeit sind 4 Leute in der WG, einschließlich mir. Alle (außer mir) sind Informatiker und studieren gerade ihren Master. 2 davon machen außerdem ein Praktikum bei Bosch. Das WG-Leben ist sehr chillig und jeder genießt seine Ruhe, aber ab und zu sitzen wir zusammen und essen in der Küche. Wenn du dich also auf deine Arbeit konzentrieren und abends entspannen möchtest, ist dies der perfekte Ort für dich.
The WG is completely furnished with a washing machine, dishwasher, rice cooker, fridge with a freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner, drying stand etc. The kitchen already had all the necessary stuff like dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. The kitchen has stools for people to sit and have their meal. The lobby also has a couch to relax on.
There are currently 4 people in the WG including me. All of them (except me) are software engineers and are doing their Masters. 2 of them are also doing an internship in Bosch. The WG life is very chill and everyone enjoys their quiet space, however one in a while we sit together and have dinner in the kitchen. So if you need to focus on your work and relax in the evenings, this is the perfect place for you.
