Big room furnished with bed desk chairs a table, a cabinet and a wardrobe. The room has a lot of natural light but it gets completely dark with the blackouts. It is located on the ground floor so it has easy access, it is very quiet and the environment is very tranquil and the internet connection is very stable.
The WG is located four minutes walk to the U-Bahn stations of Neckator and Stöckach. It is just two minutes away from the amazing Schloss Garten and there are all kinds of supermarkets around. It is 10 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof and it takes only 10 minutes to the city centre. The location cannot be more ideal.
Life at the WG is very calm and private and it feels like you have space to be relaxed and comfortable. There is just another person in the WG who has chill vibes and respects privacy and personal spaces, he is a very nice respectful person.
I am leaving the place because I am no longer a student and I am looking for someone to take the room for the last two months of my contract. I will definitely miss having so many green areas around the extremely good connection to public transportation and the closeness to the city centre.
