I sublet my room in a shared flat. The dates (both starting and ending) are still flexible. Those dates mentioned above are the general frame you can relate to. The rent is related to one month and if you stay more than a month, the final price will be dependent on the relative part you will stay.
The flat is near Marienplatz, where you can find supermarket, bio supermarket, coffee places and so on. It is a furnished large and bright room with big windows. The apartment is extremely quiet. In the apartment are living a couple in their 60s, a student and a cat. They are all very nice and chill. They work every day and come back in the evening. Sometimes we eat together or having nice conversations in the kitchen.
There is a cleaning lady in the shared areas but you're still expected to leave everything clean and organize after you.
As it's only for approx. a month I'm looking for someone responsible that I can trust and that will take a good care of my stuff.
In the room/apartment there is everything you need for a short stay.
