Da ich für einige Zeit weg sein werde, gebe ich mein schönes zentrales Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete ab.
Das Mietebeginndatum kann flexibel sein.
Die WG liegt im wunderschönen Heusteigviertel. Nur 15 minuten zu Fuss von Stadt-Mitte entfernt in einer ruhigen, schönen Straße. Der Raum ist sehr hell und nach Westen ausgerichtet (von meinem Fenster aus sieht man die Karlshöhe und die Markus Kirche). Der Raum eignet sich gut für das Home-Office, es verfügt über einen schönen Arbeitsbereich, einen Tisch, ein großes Bett (160x200) und eine Chill-Sofazone.
Sie werden mit 8 Pflanzen im Zimmer leben und es ist mir sehr wichtig, dass Sie sich gut um sie kümmern.

The WG is located in the amazing Heusteigviertel. Only 15 minutes by foot from Stadt-Mitte in a quiet nice street. The room is very bright and is oriented towards west (from my window you can see Karlshöhe and Markus Kirche). The room is good for home-office, it has a nice working space, table, large bed (160x200) and a chill sofa zone.
You will be living with 8 plants in the room and it is very important for me that you take good care of them.
Unsere WG ist 7 Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Bopser und 2 Minuten von der Bus 43 Haltestelle entfernt. Die nächstgelegenen großen Supermärkte sind Rewe und Lidl (beide 7 Minuten entfernt). DM am Marienplatz (7 Min.).
Our WG is 7 minutes away from Bopser U-bahn station, and 2 minutes away from 43 bus station. Closest large supermarkets are Rewe and Lidl (both 7 minutes away). DM on Marienplatz (7 min).
Du würdest mit Emre (Hauptmieter, 37) und Marcos (30) zusammenleben. Emre ist Architekt und Marcos arbeitet in einem Restaurant.
Unsere WG ist ruhig und gelassen. Dennoch herrscht eine freundliche Atmosphäre.
Es gibt einen Reinigungsplan und wir halten unsere WG stets in Schuss, sauber und ordentlich.
You would be living with Emre (37) and Marcos (30). Emre is an architect and Marcos is working in a restaurant. Emre is mostly in home office and Marcos is mostly outside for work.
Our WG is quiet and calm. There are not many things happening here, there are no parties nor gatherings. Nevertheless there is a friendly atmosphere and we are not strangers to one another.
There is a cleaning plan and we keep our WG always in good shape, clean und ordentlich.
Besonderes Augenmerk liegt auf der regelmäßigen Giessen der Pflanzen :)
