Wir - Daniel und ich (beide 32 Jahre alt) - wohnen gemeinsam in unserer schönen Altbauwohnung, ca. 70 qm groß. Da ich - Katja - jedoch für ein paar Monate in die große, weite Welt entschwinden möchte, sucht Daniel ab dem 13.12.2014 einen Mitbewohner zur Untermiete für drei Monate.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist 18qm groß und ist möbliert (z.B. Schränke, Schreibtisch, etc.). Auf dem Foto sieht das Zimmer noch sehr bewohnt aus, aber keine Angst: Meine persönlichen Sachen werde ich natürlich entfernen :)
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Küche mit einer Loggia und ein Bad mit Dusche.
W-Lan ist vorhanden und im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Heslach und es sind nur 5 Minuten bis zur U-Bahn Station Erwin-Schoettle Platz. Der Marienplatz ist in Laufnähe.
