Vermietet wird ein top WG Zimmer im Campo Novo Wohnheim Vaihingen. Das Zimmer hat eine bodentiefe Fensterfront, wodurch es schön hell ist und man frische Luft hat. Die Wohnung kann ab sofort übernommen werden. Zuerst einmal bis zum 1.10 in Untermiete und dann mit direkter Übernahme. Ausstattungstechnisch kann der große Schrank auch gerne übernommen werden.
Das Campo Novo liegt nur 10min von der S-Bahn Station Vaihingen, 2min von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Wallgraben entfernt. Eine fußläufige Bushaltestelle gibt es auch. In direkter Umgebung findet sich alles wichtige, Parkplätze, Tankstelle, Bäcker, Gym und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In die Stadt sind es auch nur 15min, wodurch es eig an nichts fehlt :)
Du teilst dir das Apartment mit einem Mitbewohner, eure Zimmer sind nebeneinander und liegen beide an Küche/Flur an. Ebenso wird das Bad mit der Dusche geteilt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Kühlschrank, Herd und genügend Schrankstauraum. Ebenso vorhanden ist ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen, um gemeinsam zu Essen oder zu quatschen. Wie viel Zeit gemeinsam verbracht wird ist ganz von dir abhängig ;)
In dem Campo leben viele andere junge Menschen und man findet gut Anschluss.
