Hey, ich vermiete vom 15.01. bis 14.04.24 mein WG-Zimmer unter. Der Zeitraum kann evtl. auch angepasst werden. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 2er WG und im Studentenwohnheim Campo Novo in Vaihingen. Es ist ca. 13 m² groß und liegt im 1.OG. Des Weiteren ist es möbliert: Bett und Matratze (140x200), Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Kommode und Spiegel.
Bad und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt. Die Wohnung ist mit Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet.
WLAN ist auch vorhanden. Im Keller gibt es Waschmaschinen und Trockner, welche mittels PayPal genutzt werden können. Es gibt auch Fahrradstellplätze.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 440 €.
Die U-Bahn-Haltestelle „Wallgraben“ ist zu Fuß 2 min entfernt. Dort hat man Anschluss an die U3, U8 und U12.
Zum S-Bahnhof braucht man 10 min zu Fuß oder 4 min mit der U-Bahn.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Gemeinschaftsraüme werden nach dem Putzplan regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Mitbewohnerin des anderen WG-Zimmers ist sehr nett sowie offen und wird erst Mitte Januar wieder in die WG einziehen.
Das Zimmer kann nur an weibliche Studentinnen, Azubis, Praktikantinnen oder Menschen im FSJ, FÖJ oder BFD vermietet werden.
