Ich suche einen Nachmieter für die ausgeschriebene Wohnung. Es handelt sich um ein mehrstöckiges Haus, bei dem jede Etage als eigene Wohnung konzipiert ist. Es gibt insgesamt 10 Zimmer in dem Haus. Das betreffende Inserat ist für das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Alle Bewohner der Wohnung sind Forscher/Arbeitsleute. Es ist sehr ruhig und freundlich für ein gemeinsames Leben.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und mit allen erforderlichen Möbeln wie Bett, Arbeits-/Arbeitstisch mit Stuhl, Schrank, Monitor, Fernsehtisch mit Schubladen, Nachttisch, Schutzlaken, Wandmalerei, Nachtlampe ausgestattet. Die Küche, die Toilette und das Bad werden von zwei Personen geteilt (obwohl das Haus für 10 Personen ausgelegt ist). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher und Backofen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die von allen Mitgliedern gemeinsam genutzt wird. I am looking for anew tenant for the advertised apartment. It is a multi-storied house with each floor designed as an individual apartment. There are total of 10 rooms in the house. This concerned advertisement is for the room on the ground floor. Everyone in the apartment is research/working professional. It is very calm and friendly for a shared living.
The room is fully furnished and provided with all the required furniture such as bed, study/work table with chair, closet, monitor, television table with drawers, bed side table, protector sheets, wall painting, night lamp. The kitchen, toilet and the bathroom are shared between two people(even though the house is for 10 people). The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and oven. There is also a washing machine which shared between all the members. There is big storage room under the roof for extra storage where you can store things that are rarely used.
It is located near to the university at walking distance. Closest connections to the bus stop going to Vaihingen and Waldeck are 2 mins walking from the house. Nearest S-bahn is universitat at 9 mins walking distance. Shops/Mensa/Restaurant are reachable distance.
