Schöne ruhige WG! Ein ganzes WG-Haus mit Außenterrase und Garten nur 300m von der Schwaben-Galerie im Zentrum Stuttgart Vaihingens entfernt inklusive komplett ausgestatteter Küche, sowie zwei kompletten Badezimmern und einem Gäste-WC!
Wir suchen Studenten oder Berufstätige, die Wert auf Gemeinschaft und Sauberkeit legen. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert inklusive Kleiderschrank, Bett inkl. Matratze, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, sowie eine vollausgestattete Küche. Man kann aber auch eigene Möbel bringen. Der Boden ist mit Mamorfließen (Badezimmer, Gäste-WC) und Parkett (Zimmer) belegt und hat zwei Badezimmer mit einer sehr großen Badewanne und Dusche. Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und möbliert. Als Mieter bekommt man außerdem Zugriff auf einen Abstellplatz für Fahrräder, sowie Kellerraum. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenso vorhanden.

The perfect conditions for a nice 8-person house with outside patio to share! A bright shared house only 300m away from the SchwabenGalerie in the center of Stuttgart Vaihingen with a fully equipped kitchen and TWO complete bathrooms as well as a guest toilet!
We are looking for students or professionals who would like to rent a room in this beautiful shared apartment. The room is fully furnished including a wardrobe, bed with mattress, desk and chair, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is covered with high-quality marble tiles (bathroom, guest toilet) and parquet (room) and has two bathrooms with a very large bathtub and shower. The rooms are very bright and have windows with shutters. As a tenant you also get access to a parking space for bicycles and a basement room. A washing machine is also available.

Das Gebäude befindet sich auf der ruhigen Alpenrosenstraße in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. Die Nachberschaft ist sehr ruhig, jedoch enthält auch viele andere Studenten-WGs durch die Nähe an die Universität. In nur 20m Entfernung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, von der man in nur einer Haltestelle (2 min) das Zentrum Vaihingens erreicht, oder in 5 Haltestellen (10 min) den Bahnhof Vaihingen. Von dort kann man sämtliche S-Bahnen (S1,S2,S3) in die Stuttgarter Innenstadt, sodass man von der Hausür in 20min in die Innenstadt kommt. Zur Haltestelle Stuttgart Universität kommt man ebenso über die Haltestelle Vaihingen Bahnhof in nur 10min.
In der näheren Nachbarschaft liegt in 4min Fußweg die Traditionsbäckereri Veit, sowie sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten unter anderem Kaufland, dm, Aldi, Lidl, Tchibo, sowie sämtliche Dienstleistungen (Banken, Nagelstudios, Frisöre) und Restaurants/Bars. Außerdem ist jedes Wochenende neben der Mezgerei beim Rathaus ein Markt (2 Haltestellen/5 Min). An Restaurants mangelt es auch nicht: Es gibt ein authentisches Indisches Restaurant, drei Chinesische Restaurants, ein Schwäbisches Restaurant, sowie mehrere Fastfood-Ketten wie zB. Subway, Döner, und Daily Burger. Zudem gibt es Kino (Corso Kino) mit Filmen in Originalversion (Englisch) und verschiedene Bars (Maulwurf Bar, The Old Irish Pub) für die späteren Abendstunden.
The building is located on the quiet Alpenrosenstrasse in Stuttgart-Vaihingen. The neighborhood is very quiet, but also contains many other student shared apartments due to the proximity to the university. There is a bus stop just 20 meters away, from which you can reach the center of Vaihingen in just one stop (2 minutes) or the Vaihingen train station (Vahingen Bahnhof) in 5 stops (10 minutes). From there you can take several S-Bahn's (S1, S2, S3) to downtown Stuttgart, so you can reach the city center from the front door in only 20 minutes. The Stuttgart University stop can also be reached via the Vaihingen train station in just 10 minutes.
The traditional bakery Veit, as well as several shopping facilities including Kaufland, dm, Aldi, Lidl, Tchibo, as well as several services (banks, nail salons, hairdressers) and restaurants / bars are in the close neighborhood within a 4-minute walk. In addition, every weekend there is a market next to the mezgerei by the town hall (2 stops / 5 minutes). There is also no shortage of restaurants: There is an authentic Indian restaurant, three Chinese restaurants, a Swabian restaurant and several fast food chains such as. Subway, kebab, and daily burger. There is also a cinema (Corso Kino) with films in the original version (English) and various bars (Maulwurf Bar, The Old Irish Pub) for the later evening hours.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle sehr nett und international. Es wird des Öfteren zusammen gekocht und gemeinsame Aktivitäten werden organisiert. Es gibt einen Putzplan bei dem sich alle beteiligen, um die gemeinsamen Raüme sauber zu halten.
The flatmates are all very nice and international. We often cook together and organize joint activities. There is a cleaning plan in which everyone participates in order to keep the common rooms clean.
Die Badezimmer werden nicht von allen Mitbewohnern geteilt. Da zwei Zimmer im 1.OG sind, benutzen sie ausschließlich das Badezimmer in diesem Geschoss. Dieses Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, sowie ein Bidet.
Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss benutzen somit das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss, welches über eine große Badewanne und ein Bidet verfügt. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch das Gäste-WC. Außerdem befindet sich in dem Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss die Waschmaschine, die von allen Mitbewohnern benutzt werden darf.
Im Kühlschrank gilt ebenfalls eine Aufteilung, sodass jeder seine Lebensmittel plazieren und finden kann. Die Küche hat 5 Ceran-Kochfelder, sowie einen Ofen und genug Schubladen für alle Mitbewohner. Es gibt außerdem genug Abstellplätze für Fahrräder, sowie sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
The bathrooms are not shared by all roommates. Since there are two rooms on the 1st floor, you only use the bathroom on this floor. This bathroom has a shower and a bidet.
The rooms on the ground floor use the bathroom on the ground floor, which has a large bathtub and a bidet. The guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom on the ground floor, which can be used by all roommates.
There is also a division in the refrigerator so that everyone can place and find their food. The kitchen has 5 ceramic hobs as well as an oven and enough drawers for all roommates. There is also enough parking space for bicycles and very good parking facilities.
