From October 23rd, my room in a 3-person shared apartment will be available.
About the room (see photos):
- approx. 20 m² in size under the sloping roof with three windows.
- the rent is 450 € warm (all included).
- Registration is possible.
- Unfurnished with the possibility of taking over individual pieces of furniture (for sale are: desk, bed, mattress and wardrobe, shelves, lamps).
About the shared apartment:
- Very spacious living room with large sofa
- Medium-sized kitchen with dining table + refrigerator, oven, microwave (dishwasher currently broken, but a new one will be purchased).
- Bright daylight bathroom with two sinks and a separate toilet
- Small storage room and a walk-through room
- Wardrobe with space for shoes and jackets
- Storage space in the basement with a recently bought washing machine (please consider that a contribution of around €100 must be paid for the washing machine).
- The house is an old building.

Ab 23. Oktober ist mein Zimmer in meiner 3er-WG frei.
Zum Zimmer (siehe Fotos):
- ca. 20 m² groß unter der Dachschräge mit drei Fenstern.
- die Miete beträgt 450 € warm (Alles inkl.).
- Anmeldung ist möglich.
- Unmöbliert mit der Möglichkeit zur Übernahme einzelner Möbelstücke (zum Verkaufen sind: Schreibtisch, Bett, Matratze und Garderobe, Regale, Lampen).
Zur WG:
- Sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit großem Sofa
- Mittelgroße Küche mit Esstisch + Kühlschrank, Ofen, Mikrowelle (Spülmaschine momentan defekt, muss eventuell neu angeschafft werden).
- Helles Tageslichtbad mit zwei Waschbecken und noch separates WC
- Kleiner Abstellraum und ein Durchgangszimmer
- Parkplatz für Fahrräder.
- Garderobe mit Platz für Schuhe und Jacken
- Abstellplatz im Keller mit einer sehr neuen Waschmaschine (um Kostenbeteiligung von ca. 100€ wird gebeten).
- Das Haus ist ein Altbau.

- Various shopping opportunities such as bakeries, bike stores and drugstores can be reached quickly (6 minutes on foot).
- Bus stop Kreuzstrasse (line 82) is less than 100 m away, line 81 Line approx. 5 min.
- S-Bahn 5 minutes by bike (Österfeld or University), and about 15 minutes on foot.

Marina and Denis are looking for someone who actively participates in shared apartment life, is organized, and sticks to the cleaning schedule. We really enjoy living here, and everyone should feel comfortable.

Wir suchen jemanden, der aktiv am WG-Leben teilnimmt, sauber ist und sich an den Putzplan hält. Wir wohnen hier sehr gerne und jeder soll sich wohlfühlen.
