Die S-Bahn Station Schwabstrasse und die Buslinien 42,44 und 92 sind wenige Minuten entfernt, die Wohnung somit hervorragend an Universität, Duale Hochschule, Filmakademie, Stadt, Land, , Bahnhof und Flughafen angeschlossen.
