The room has a window with two large and two small windows, which makes it very bright and, in combination with the very high ceilings of the old building, creates a nice room atmosphere. The old herringbone parquet, which is laid in almost the entire apartment, gives the room and the apartment a special touch.
The apartment is on Reinsburgstraße at the level of the Feuersee and centrally located in Stuttgart. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the Feuersee S-Bahn station and several bus stops. The city center, Marienplatz, Heusteigviertel, and several supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Naturgut, Lidl, Gerber, and more) can be reached within 10 minutes of walking. For cozy evenings or at the weekend, the Karlshöhe or the Feuersee are right next door.
I, Alp (30), am looking for a flatmate. I'm easygoing, social, and quite active. I'm passionate about research in the realms of robotics, and machine learning. When I am not geeking about these, you'll often find me engaging in outdoor activities, exploring the world, or trying new hobbies (the most recently west coast swing). On a regular weekday after work, I occasionally hang out with friends, or do some workouts (swimming, cycling, climbing, HIIT, tennis).
We will see how the WG life will shape over time after we get to know each other. In the previous WG, we used to hang out in the city, get some after-work drinks, watch movies, cook together and celebrate on special occasions :).
I work most of the time from the office during the day and only return to the WG in the afternoon/evening. I also do home office from time to time. On the weekends, I'm sometimes traveling but also often at home.
If you are looking for such a flatshare, write a few lines about yourself so I can get a first impression :). Also, please write me in English, as my German is A2-B1 level (work-in-progress).
The WG is a 3-room apartment with a living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and two shared rooms.
The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, robot vacuum cleaner and kitchen, which can all be used. There is a storage room in the attic and a bicycle storage area in the basement. The parking possibilities here are good for Stuttgart standards.
Move-in is possible from the start of January.
