Our freshly new collective of roomates are searching for a fourth person in our lovely apartment.

Due to unexpected emergency, our roomate needs to leave the country as soon as possible. Now we are in the search of a new owner who is going to fill this 19 square meter room with their personality and love.

Room has parquet flooring and a laaarge window facing south, through which the sun shines the whole morning, making it a perfect room for someone who is an early bird and loves having plants who are sensitive to sun :)

Room is rented unfurnished.

Long term rent, minimum one year.. Date of moving in is from 1st of March.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, three freezers, toaster, sandwich press, coffee machine and Soda stream.

We have a garden for usage too, it is shared with all four apartments in the house but rarely other neighbours are using it.

Location of this WG is perfect because of the city closeness.. This WG is located right between the Weinsteige and Degerloch U-Bahn/Bus stations, both of which can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. The nearest Zacke station is 3 minutes away and the night bus stops right outside the door, which makes it perfect after night out in the city when U-Bahn doesn’t drive. :)

It takes about 10 minutes with U-Bahn to get to Stuttgart city center and half an hour to the university in Vaihingen.
The district is very quiet and safe, surrounded by beautiful nature.
There are shopping facilities at the Degerloch U-Bahn station; Edeka, Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura, Tegut.
The Waldau sports park and Stuttgart TV tower are a 15-minute walk away.
Free parking is available along Weinsteige.

One thing about this apartment is that life in here is like a song :D

If we’re cooking or just chilling, there is going to be music. Genres of music are flowing in this apartment, music is everyday present in this household. Going from 60’s psychedelic rock, ambient electronica, funk, reggae, techno, 90’s pop, you name it!
So, future roomie, get into the groove :D

We’re speaking mostly English in this WG due to my complex path of learning proper German :D

This WG is open to talking about mental health, it is a safe place for LGBTQIA+.

Now little bit about the persons who will share a WG with you;

Petra - I am a main tenant, i have 26 years and I’m coming from Croatia. I am working in healthcare and in my free time I love to go on mini roadtrips, explore abandoned buildings, travelling and exploring unknown in general. Above everything, musical astronaut. I also enjoy staying in, chilling on a balcony or in a garden, getting that Ibiza state of mind with 90’s house music.

Zacharias - 24 years old Zachi is coming from Zürich. He’s a student on Hohenheim university, studying agriculture. In his free time he adores driving his bike, frequently goes in 100+ kilometres tours with it. In the day time, you can often hear him playing his cello, or some grandiose pieces of classical music. Zachi loves to cook, he will often ask you if you want to join him.

Luisa - coming from little town near Stuttgart, Lu came here after getting a job in social work. She is 22 years old. Lu loves to be crafty and loves to paint. Oftenly you csn find her in the kitchen preparing vegan meals.

Note* Zachi and I are into plants and growing vegetables on our balcony during warmer months (see our lil tomatoes on pic number 9 ) so if you’re plant lover who wants to engage in this activity, maybe you are the one we‘ve been waiting for :)
