Hallo zusammen!
Da ich einen neuen Job in einer anderen Stadt angenommen habe, möchte ich ab sofort mich von meinem geliebten Zimmer verabschieden. Es ist ein gemütlicher Raum mit genügend Platz zum Ausstrecken und verfügt sogar über ein besonderes Feature: ein kleines Zimmer, das perfekt für die Lagerung geeignet ist. Dieses kleine Nischenzimmer wirkt auch als Superisolator gegen die Sommerhitze, was das Hauptzimmer angenehm kühl hält.
Unser Platz verfügt über ein Gästezimmer, das gleichzeitig als Essbereich dient, komplett mit Tisch und sogar einer Bügeleinrichtung. In der Küche, wird alles vom Geschirrspüler bis zur Waschmaschine gemeinsam genutzt. Es gibt auch einen schönen Balkon, der durch die Küche zugänglich ist (man darf da auch rauchen) sowie ein großes Fenster. Die Wohnung umfasst eine separate Toilette und ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit zusätzlichem Waschbecken.
Miete beträgt 617€
Kaution: 1500€
Die Küche: 250€ (einmal beim Einzug. Diese übergibst du dann wieder beim Auszug und kriegst du zurück)

Hello everyone!
Since i have found a new job in another City, i will be moving out of my beloved room. It's a cozy space with ample room to stretch out, and it even comes with a neat feature: a tiny room attached that's perfect for storage. This little nook also acts as a super insulator against the summer heat, keeping the main room pleasantly cool.
Our place boasts a guest room that doubles as a dining area, complete with a table and even an ironing setup. In the kitchen, which is the heart of our home, everything from the dishwasher to the washing machine is shared. There’s also a lovely balcony accessed through the kitchen, not to mention a sizable window that lets in plenty of light. The apartment includes a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom for all your needs.
We like to unwind and gather for a casual beer on Saturday nights. It's a relaxed vibe where everyone's welcome to join or enjoy their own space. Plus, the building's location is ideal—just a short 4-5 minute walk from both a park and a shopping mall.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. 10 Gehminuten zur LIDL und Kaufland und türkische Geschäfte. 5 Gehminuten zur Haltstelle Uff-Kirchhof und 10 Gehminuten zur Haltstelle Wilhelmplatz Bad Canstatt. 4-5 Minuten Gehstrecke bis zu einem Park und 10 Minuten zum Mal "CARRE Bad Cannstatt" und mehren orientalischen Geschäften.
Wir entspannen uns gerne und treffen uns an manchen Samstagsabends zu einem zwanglosen Bier. Es ist eine entspannte Atmosphäre, bei der jeder willkommen ist, mitzumachen oder seinen eigenen Raum zu genießen.
