Das Zimmer ist ruhig, hat eine große Fensterfront und ist auf die Westseite ausgerichtet.
Möbliert ist es mit einem Schreibtisch und Stuhl, großem Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange und einem 1.40m Bett.
Super Verkehrsanbindung mit drei U-Bahnen und einer S-Bahn.
Im Haus leben 6 Parteien und wir verstehen uns alle gut. Daher wäre es mir wichtig, dass auch du im Hausflur grüßt :)
Die nächsten zwei Monate bin ich viel auf Reisen bevor ich mit dem Arbeiten beginne. Das heisst die Wohnung hast du öfters komplett für Dich.
Es gibt keine besonderen Regeln. Ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit, Respekt und Anstand setze ich einfach voraus :) sowie das wöchentliche Putzen im Wechsel von Küche, Bad und Flur.
Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und steht im Bad. Staubsauger, Wäscheständer etc. können mitbenutzt werden. Haushaltsartikel wie Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier... werden in den Kosten geteilt.
